Dolce Vita Asiago-Peppercorn Steak

Dolce Vita World Bistro Chef Gordon Horner joins us this morning to show us how to whip up an asiago peppercorn steak paired with asparagus and their famous garlic mashed potatoes!


12 oz. Rib eye

Salt & Pepper, Asiago and Peppercorn for seasoning

Olive Oil



Heavy Cream

Russet Potatoes


Start off by taking your rib eye and seasoning it with a little salt & pepper.

Place the rib eye in your pan with olive oil.

Let it cook to a medium rare at 135 degrees internally.

Top it with peppercorn and asiago and place it in the broiler for about 5-6 minutes until it’s golden brown.

The mashed potatoes are whipped together with a little bit of garlic, butter, heavy cream.
