(WSYR) — Syracuse’s Inner Harbor plays host to many events throughout the year. There’s a brand new one. The inaugural Syracuse Inner Harbor Fest takes place September 29 through October 1, 2023.
There will be Dragon Boat Races and it benefits Clear Path for Veterans.
