A new children’s book called The Adventures of Willis The Cat tells the story of a lively cat that acts like a dog.
Local author Michele Sullivan takes readers on a journey about heartwarming bonds of loyalty and familial love throughout the book.
“I created dialogue between living creatures because it’s easy for little ones to connect to” Sullivan says.
The target audience is for kids ages three to eight. Sullivan says the purpose of the book is to help children move past their fears and figure out solutions on their own just like Willis does.
Books can be purchased at Barnes and Noble, Amazon and Books-a-Million.com.
You can also pickup The Adventures of Willis The Cat and meet Sullivan at the Barnes and Noble in DeWitt. She’s doing a book signing on Saturday, September 18, starting at 1:00 p.m.
