(WSYR-TV) — RISE (Refugee and Immigrant Self-Empowerment) Executive Director Haji Adan and Syracuse Common Council President Helen Hudson join Bridge Street to promote the 5th annual Night of Nations fundraising event. Hudson talks about the importance of Syracuse as a sanctuary city for immigrants while Adan emphasizes the need to support refugees in the Syracuse community.
