(WSYR-TV) — They’re heroes in a half shell: the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles! That was Bridge Street’s theme for Halloween this year.

The turtles were back in action this summer with the new animated hit film “Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles: Mutant Mayhem.”
