(WSYR-TV) — The United Way’s Book Buddies program is currently recruiting 500 community volunteers to work one-on-one with students in the Syracuse City School District to support student’s early literacy skills.
In just one hour a week, volunteers can affect the lives of kindergartners through third graders for the better.
