Beak & Skiff Rolls Out Canned Cocktails and Summer Concert Series Lineup

This summer at Beak & Skiff Apple Orchards is guaranteed to be bushels of fun! Their rolling out ready-to-drink canned cocktails as well as the lineup of their Summer Concert Series.

“This is our newest creation,” explains co-owner Eddie Brennan, regarding the canned cocktails under their 1911 label. “They’re actually vodka-based [using] vodka that we produce at Beak & Skiff.” For their Honeycrisp Cocktail, the vodka is infused into their famous fresh cider with honeycrisp flavoring, and a splash of lemon. Their Strawberry Lemonade Cocktail, however, “does not have a cider base, [being] more lemonade-forward, more summer-forward, [with] a dash of strawberry…perfect for the boat,” said Brennan. Both canned cocktails have an alcohol content of 8%.

These new products will be launched on June 1st. There will be a launch party on the Beak & Skiff Apple Hill Campus, accompanied by the band “Mere Mortals”. Tickets are sold for $10 and include a canned cocktail.

The launch party kicks off the Summer Concert Series which includes a lineup that Beak & Skiff is proud of, to bring people up to Apple Hill for more than the fall apple-picking season. The roster of bands includes: the Mere Mortals, the X Ambassadors, Sim Redmond, Lord Huron, Lake Street Dive and the Wood Brothers.

The launch party is June 1st at Beak & Skiff located at 2708 Lords Hill Rd. in Lafayette. For more information visit
