Lock 1 Distilling Company has opened their pizza kitchen and is now serving a delicious menu to match their award-winning spirits.
“We’re getting all of our ingredients from the same place we’re getting all of our grains so it seemed to be a good fit,” said owner, Stephen Dates.
Among the offering from Chef Adam Hamilton is a pizza coil. The dough is stretched thin, toppings are added and it is rolled like a log to cook. When it’s finished its cut like a sushi roll and served.
Herbivore pizza is a gluten-free crust made with cauliflower with a rice vodka sauce topped with mixed mushrooms, caramelized onions, zucchini, roasted potatoes and basil drizzled with a balsamic vinegar reduction.
If eating meat is more your style, Lock 1 Distilling Company is offering their Carnivore pizza too. It features an alfredo sauce with caramelized onions, roasted chicken, steak and roasted spicy sausage.
Their menu also features salads dressed with reductions from their own spirits.
