Sammy Hall of Famers Loren Barrigar and The Cadley’s will perform together for an event to support a new local nonprofit with a goal to help those who often can’t afford to help themselves.

Road2RecoveryCNY was created six months ago. It the brainchild of Darlene Endy, who’s son suffered from addition but was able to find help and healing she said. Road2RecoveryCNY aims to not only help those suffering from addiction but helps them to continue to stay clean beyond their treatment.

John Cadley said he was honored to be part of the mission. He has friends who have family members who have suffered from addiction and as a parent, he knows what it means to want to help your child.

“Anything I could do to help so that it wouldn’t happen to another parent is a big reason why I’m honored to do this,” he said.

Loren Barrigar and The Cadley’s will take the stage as part of Road2Recovery’s fundraising event on Saturday, October 13th from 7:30 to 10pm at the May Memorial Unitarian Universalist Society located at 3800 East Genesee Street in Syracuse.
