This Wegmans Wednesday, Chef Bob Langkammerer shares a recipe for Guajillo Adobo Steak & Shrimp with Mushrooms, Cauliflower “Rice” & Black Bean Salad, which he notes as being perfect for this Father’s Day Weekend!
Ingredients:
Guajillo Adobo Steak
Guajillo Adobo Shrimp
Mushroom Blend
Cauliflower Rice
Special Blends Southwest Chopped Salad Kit
 
Instructions:
Wegmans’ EZ Meals Guajillo Adobo Steak
Grill: On HIGH for 2-3 min per side, lower heat to MED, and grill for about 9 min. To serve, slice steak thinly.
Wegmans’ EZ Meals Guajillo Adobo Shrimp Skewers
Grill: Preheat grill on HIGH. Reduce heat to MED. Grill kabobs, turning once, about 3-4 min. Let rest for 2 min.
Wegmans’ Fresh Cut Veggies Mushroom Blend
Saute: Heat 2 Tbsp basting oil in skillet on MED-HIGH, add veggies. Cook stirring often 6-8 min or until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Wegmans’ Fresh Cut Veggies Cauliflower Rice
Saute: Heat 2 Tbsp basting oil in skillet on MED-HIGH, add cauliflower rice. Cook, stirring often for 5-7 min or until tender. Season with salt and pepper.
Wegmans’ Food You Feel Good About Special Blends Southwest Chopped Salad Kit
Perishable. Keep Refrigerated. Clean and Ready to Eat. Once opened, use within 2 days. How To Use: Remove the 2 inner packets. In a large serving bowl add chopped salad and pepitats-toritlla blend. Add dressing, toss to mix and serve.
Put all food items on a plate, and enjoy!
