SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) —  The Onondaga County Health Department has launched the 2019 Community Engagement Survey– they want to hear from Onondaga County residents about health issues that matter.

β€œThe Community Engagement Survey helps us identify the health priorities of Onondaga County residents. The results will be used to set goals that will lead to the development of strategies to positively impact the health of our community, especially as we work to tackle the issue of poverty,” said Onondaga County Executive Ryan McMahon.

The Community Engagement Survey asks questions on mental health, alcohol, chronic disease, cancer screening, and other important health-related issues.

The survey is anonymous and will not be shared.

At the end of the survey, you can enter a drawing to win one of five $50 gift cards to Best Buy or Wegmans. The drawing is through Onondaga County, not NewsChannel 9 WSYR
