SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — A lot has happened this week on the vaccine front, with Johnson & Johnson pausing the use of its vaccine, to Pfizer saying a third dose may be needed in 12 months.

Dr. Stephen Thomas, Head of Infectious Diseases at Upstate University Hospital, talked to NewsChannel 9 on Friday night about all that has happened this week.
