(WSYR-TV) — There has been a lot of talk about reimagining police the past couple years, but Tompkins County might have one of the most unique programs towards that goal.
Sheriff Derek Osborne joined NewsChannel 9 Tuesday to discuss the Tompkins County Sheriff’s Office Unarmed Pilot Program.
