Bed, Bath, & Beyond Facebook coupon is a scam, company says

Bed, Bath, & Beyond is warning people that a coupon circulating purporting to be from the company is a scam.

The coupon claims to be for $75 off any in-store purchase.

According to Snopes.com, the coupon began circulating on social media in April.

The company says it is working with Facebook to have the post removed.

On its own Facebook page, the company says:

We know some of our customers are excited about this $75 offer circulating on Facebook. However, we all know some things are too good to be true! We are sorry for any confusion and disappointment this fake coupon has caused. We are partnering with Facebook to have these coupons removed. Thank you for your understanding!
