The New York State Chinese Lantern Festival will be coming back to Syracuse starting in May.
Visitors can stroll along a path surrounded by all new lighted lantern sculptures and enjoy live performances.
This year’s event will include an indoor and outdoor component.
The Lantern Festival will be open every day except Mondays and includes two 30-minute entertainment shows focusing on Chinese culture, featuring Chinese dancers, acrobats, face changers, and musicians.
The festival runs from May 25 through July 1 at the New York State Fairgrounds.
