A convicted rapist who cut his monitoring bracelet and disappeared from the supervision of parole officers in November pleaded guilty on Monday.

Ronald Cook , who was considered “dangerous” by authorities, was on the run until he was captured outside a Binghamton restaurant on Nov. 11.

He pleaded guilty to criminal mischief.

Cook had been on parole since 2012 after serving the minimum sentence for committing a first-degree rape in the Binghamton area in 1991.
