A 22-year-old accused of shooting a victim five times outside of an Ithaca Commons club has been indicted on charges including attempted murder.
22-year-old Yakez Cornett was also indicted for first-degree assault and first-degree criminal possession of a weapon.
After the shooting at Silky Jones Bar, police arrested Cornett at the intersection of Cayuga and East State streets.
Cornett was taken back to Tompkins County jail in lieu of $100,000 cash bail.
