SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Five members of the Theta Tau fraternity at Syracuse University have dropped their lawsuit against the University.
It appears they dropped out of the lawsuit voluntarily.
The students claimed SU ignored their rights to a fair process and painted them negatively in the media.
The members of Theta Tau were suspended after an offensive video surfaced online.
Syracuse University suspended the fraternity and its members.
In turn, a total of nine fraternity members sued the university.
