Albany approves bill to provide Liverpool CSD with state aid

Local News

ALBANY, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Legislators have approved a bill providing state aid for capital projects in the Liverpool Central School District.

Over the past several years, $1.3 million was taken from Liverpool’s state aid, for a total of $6.5 million.

Due to clerical errors, the district missed the State Education Department filing date.

The bill has passed both the State Assembly and Senate and now goes to Governor Cuomo for his signature.
