State Police in Sylvan Beach arrested Lori J. Daily, 46, and David H. Yager, 45, for criminal possession of stolen property valued around $7,500.
The arrests follow an investigation into construction tools stolen from logging sites in the town of Vienna.
The property was allegedly stolen from logging sites in the town of Vienna and were found at Rubicon Recycling on Tannery Road in Rome.
Daily and Yager are accused of claiming to be the owners of the stolen property and receiving monetary compensation.
Daily was remanded to the Oneida Co Jail on $2,500 bail. Yager was remanded to the Oneida County Jail without bail due to previous felony convictions.
They are scheduled to return to the City of Rome Court at a later date.
