A Geneva man is under arrest after he pulled out a shotgun while firefighters battled a barn fire near a home on Reed Street early Monday morning.

Police used a taser when Joseph Tracey, 35, refused to cooperate with them, according to WROC-TV in Rochester.

Tracey was charged with felony menacing a police of a peace officer.

He was jailed in lieu of $25,000 cash bail or $50,000 bond.

The fire broke out around 5:30 a.m.

Upon arriving on scene a firefighter started setting up a line from a hydrant to get water, but collapsed for unknown reasons. He was revived with the use of an AED and transported to the hospital in stable condition.
