SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Syracuse Police have confirmed that the body recovered from the Seneca River near Lock 24 Saturday morning, was John Reschke of Syracuse.

Resche was reported missing after being last seen on Sunday, May 7.

The New York State Police dive team reported the recovery of a body from the Seneca River Saturday morning.
