Car travelling I-481 found in a ditch and on fire

Just after midnight this morning, Dewitt Police were called to the scene of an accident on I-481.

Police say a man in his 20s was driving southbound when his car veered off the road, driving into the ditch between 481 North and South. 

His car was on fire when they arrived.

The driver needed to be transported to Upstate University Hospital. There’s no word on the extent of his injuries.
