While it certainly was chilly outside, some were warming their bellies at the 23rd annual Chili Bowl Festival at Thornden Park on Sunday.
The money raised goes to the Thornden Park Association, which works with volunteers and community youth to keep the park vibrant and clean.
That money gets put towards grants for things the park may need like bike racks, exercise equipment and water fountains.
The festival was filled with arts and crafts, live music, and plenty of chili.
