The Rossetti Educational Center was filled with delicious aromas on Thursday, and it wasn’t coming from the Culinary Arts Classroom!
CTE staff members held a cook-off and the entries were cooked at home and brought in for the competition. There were three categories- soup, mac and cheese, and chili! Judging took place in the Health Related Careers classroom before all staff members were invited to enjoy the entries in the Rossetti Courtyard . The winners were announced after everyone was able to sample the goods.
The winners include:
Soup: Irene Michaels with a Spicy Crab and Corn Chowder
Mac and Cheese: Julie Moolenschot with an Ooey Gooey Mac and Cheese
Chili: Ryan Talbot with a Spicy Venison Chili
