Cops: Fulton woman faces multiple charges after using victim’s debit card

A Fulton woman faces multiple charges after she allegedly used a victim’s debit card to withdraw money from ATMs in Hannibal and Oswego.

The Oswego County Sheriff’s Office charged 33-year-old Amber Mack of Seneca Street with:

– Second-degree identity theft, a felony

– Fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property, a felony

– Second-degree forgery, a felony

Mack was arraigned in Town of Hannibal Court and taken to the Oswego County jail in lieu of $3,000 cash bail or $6,000 bond.

She is scheduled to return to court on Sept. 18.
