An Oswego man is under arrest after he allegedly stabbed a victim in the neck and stole a vehicle in the town of Scriba.
26-year-old Joshua Johnston of County Route 1, lot 4, faces charges including:
– First-degree assault, a class B felony
– First-degree robbery, a class B felony
– Third-degree grand larceny, a class D felony
– Petit larceny, a class A misdemeanor
The Oswego County Sheriff’s Office arrested Johnston on Sunday around 1:40 p.m.
Johnston was arraigned in Scriba Town Court and jailed in lieu of $50,000 cash bail or $100,000 bond.
He is scheduled to return to court on June 7.
