SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WYSR-TV) — A vehicle crash on I-690 Westbound at Exit 6 (Auburn/Lakeland), ramp to NY-695 Southbound, had closed all lanes. They have now been reopened.

The crash involving three cars and one truck with a trailer, happened around 11:45 a.m.

According to Town of Geddes’ Police Chief John Fall Jr., injuries from the crash were minor, and two were taken to the hospital.

The initial cause of the accident stemmed from a rear-ending at the curve section of the bridge.

“Another accident took place prior to patrol units protecting the accident location and shutting down the on ramp for a period of time,” said Chief Fall.
