DeWitt Police have arrested a man in connection to a Kay Jewelers robbery.
According to DeWitt Police, 31-year-old Kyle Kaufman entered the store on Erie Boulevard E around noon to try on some gold pieces of jewelry.
He ran out of the store with the jewelry he was trying on without paying, according to police.
Kaufman was identified by a fingerprint left at the scene.
A total of $4,398 worth of jewelry was taken.
Kaufman has been charged with third-degree grand larceny.
