The Dodgers await the winner of the Yankees and Astros in the World Series.

Enrique Hernandez homered three times, including a grand slam in the third inning, to help power the Dodgers into the World Series. Hernandez finished the game with seven runs batted in and Clayton Kershaw handled the rest.

The Dodgers ace gave up just three hits in six innings of work as Los Angeles closed out the Cubs with an 11-1 victory.

This will be the first World Series appearance for the Dodgers since the franchise won it all in 1988.

Los Angeles will host the first game of the World Series on Tuesday night against either the Yankees or Astros.  New York can close out the ALCS with a win Friday night in Houston.
