FBI offering reward for information connected to the disappearance of Tammy Mahoney 38 years ago

MADISON COUNTY, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Wednesday marks 38 years since Tammy Mahoney disappeared in Madison County and the FBI is not giving up.

The FBI is offering a $20,000 reward for information leading to the recovery of her body or helps arrest and prosecute whoever is responsible.

The Oneida Nation is matching the reward with another $20,000.

Mahoney was last seen hitchhiking along State Route 46 in Oneida, hear the Nation’s territory.

Mahoney was 19 when she disappeared.
