LYNCOURT, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — A fire damaged a home on Snyder Avenue in Lyncourt on Friday.

Two people were at the home at the time the fire broke out. One person was able to escape the home, but had to break a window to assist the other person in the home. The people were not injured, but the family dog is believed to have died in the fire.
