A former fraternity President at Cornell University has been sentenced to six years of probation after pleading guilty to forcible touching charges.

22-year-old Wolfgang Ballinger took a plea deal in February after he was charged with attempted rape and sexual assault last year after an incident at his frat house.

The victim claimed that Ballinger locked her in a room at the Psi Upsilon house and forced himself on her, despite her saying “no” multiple times, according to court documents.

He is also facing a $1,000 fine for the crime.
