Hanukkah kicks off with menorah lighting in Clinton Square

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Hanukkah kicked off Sunday night at sundown and the Central New York Jewish community celebrated by lighting the first candle on the giant menorah in Clinton Square.

Hanukkah will last eight nights, and each night another candle on the menorah will be lit.
