Homer man that allegedly led New Year’s Day police chase arrested

Cortland County Sheriff’s Officers have arrested a man accused of leading law enforcement on two separate three-county chases on New Year’s Day. 

21-year-old Jakob Mueller, of Homer, was arrested on Jan. 5 after he was found walking on Warren Street in Tully.

He was arraigned by Cortland Sheriff’s Officers in the Town of Homer Court and remanded to the Cortland County Jail on $1,500 cash and $3,000 bond.

Multiple charges are still pending in the Town of Scott, Cayuga County, and Madison County.
