Investigators looking into cause of New Haven vacant house fire

NEW HAVEN, NY (WSYR-TV) - Fire investigators are looking into the cause of a late night fire in the Town of New Haven.

Crews from New Haven, Mexico and Scriba were called to a home on County Route 43 between 104B and Potter Road around 11:09 p.m. Saturday.

Huge flames could be seen coming from the home, which was vacant at the time of the fire

It took firefighters about an hour to get the fire under control.

The Oswego County Sheriff's Office said it is assisting in the investigation and plans to be at the home Sunday morning.
