Ithaca Police investigating armed robbery at apartment complex

Ithaca Police are investigating an armed robbery at an apartment complex on North Plain Street Saturday night.

The robbery happened at about 10:40 p.m. when police say victims reported two men who were wearing masks and carrying long guns forced their way into an apartment. One of the victims reported being hit in the head with a gun.

Investigators believe the suspects took items and were last seen heading northbound on North Plain Street in a red sedan.
