(WSYR-TV) — It’s long been said that the backbone of the American economy is small business owners. Well, it just so happens to be National Small Business Week. Robert Griffin shares some inspiring stories about Central New York businesses, including that of Michael Bower, this year’s veteran entrepreneur of the year.
