Judge issues search warrants for Brandon Clark’s social media accounts

ONEIDA COUNTY, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — In Oneida County, a judge has issued five search warrants for the social media accounts of Brandon Clark. He is the Cicero man accused of murdering 17-year-old Bianca Devins from Utica.

The judge was expected to rule on the defense motion to exclude Clark’s cell phone as evidence, but that did not happen.

Investigators say Clark stabbed Devins to death, then posted photos of her body on social media back in July.
