Jury deliberations continue in trial of Charles DuBois

SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Jury deliberations resumed Monday morning in the trial of Charles DuBois.

He is the Syracuse man charged with murder and arson.

DuBois is accused of setting fire to his family’s Fitch Street home last year, killing his mother, brother, sister and one-year-old nephew.

The fire happened last April on Fitch Street in Syracuse.

Jurors did not reach a verdict in the case last week.

DuBois chose not to testify in his own defense.

Deliberations began at 9 a.m.
