SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — A jury is now in place for the trial of Charles Dubois, a Syracuse man accused of setting fire to his family’s Fitch Street home in April of 2018.
15 people were selected from the pool. 12 jurors and three alternates.
Charles DuBois is charged with first and second degree murder and arson, accused of starting the fire that killed his mother, brother, sister and one-year-old nephew.
Opening statements are scheduled to begin on Wednesday.
