Update 7:45 a.m. Saturday 2-24-23 — According to a post on Facebook by the Baldwinsville mayor the large water main break has been repaired.
You might experience air in the lines and that is perfectly normal.
There is no boil water advisory but the mayor adds that if your water is discolored feel free to boil it.
BALDWINSVILLE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Baldwinsville Mayor Dick Clark alerts us to a major water main break along Water Street near the canal in the village.
Many homes and businesses are without water or have very low water pressure.
Crews are working on the problem.
As of 5:50 p.m. Friday there is no boil water advisory in effect.
