SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — A man is accused of threatening and groping a woman in downtown Syracuse.
Syracuse Police say Clifford Woods, 39, followed the 32-year-old victim, grabbed her from behind, and made sexual threats.
Woods is facing numerous charges, including stalking and forcible touching.
The attack, which happened in the early evening hours on Monday in the 500 block of Clinton Street, was captured by surveillance cameras. A person nearby witnessed the incident and called 911.
Woods is at the Justice Center Jail on $10,000 bail.
