ONONDAGA COUNTY, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — A Lysander man has been charged with boating while intoxicated after crashing his boat on the Seneca River on Thursday.
Police say John Calpeter, 56, hit a buoy marker, flipping the boat on its side and ejecting Calpeter and his passenger.
A nearby boater was able to get them out of the water. They suffered minor injuries.
