CARTHAGE, N.Y. (WWTI) – The West Carthage Police Department have found a missing teen they were trying to locate.
Authorities were investigating the disappearance of 15-year-old Desirae Bounds.
She was found safe and returned home. Officials say she went missing from her 16 Liberty Street home on Tuesday, September 26.
