NEW YORK STATE (WSYR-TV) — There is a new chairman for the State Republicans.
Party leaders met on Monday and formally picked Erie County Republican Chairman Nick Langworthy. He will replace Ed Cox, who is moving on to President Trump’s re-election campaign.
The party is hoping to regain momentum after Democrats took control of both the State Senate and Assembly last year.
