SYRACUSE, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Jury deliberations have stopped in the trial of a Syracuse man accused of setting fire to his Fitch Street home last year, killing four members of his family.

During closing arguments, lawyers for Charles DuBois showed video of him running to the fire scene, showing concern.

DuBois chose not to testify in his own defense.

The fire killed Dubois’ mother, brother, sister and one-year-old nephew.

Jury deliberations will continue on Monday.
