More than 2,000 bargainers took over the Fairgrounds Saturday for New York’s biggest indoor garage sale.
It’s a chance for people to sell their stuff or to look for one-of-a-kind additions to their home. There’s something for everyone, from crafts to household items.
“If you can’t sett it in your yard, you’ve got this venue where you’re underneath enclosed area,” said vendor Marlene Belge. “It’s all at once and then you can shop while you sell your own stuff. I love it. It’s great.”
It gets bigger and bigger every year, with more than 130 lining up under the same roof Saturday afternoon.
The Rescue Mission will benefit from donations made from vendors who choose to donate their unsold goods at the end of the event.
