CICERO, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) — Oneida Shores Beach in Cicero has been given the okay to reopen for swimming. The beach was closed earlier this month over water level concerns, specifically high levels of E.coli.
Water quality tests received on Tuesday showed no threat in the water.
Officials will continue to monitor the water quality over the coming weeks to make sure it is safe for swimmers.
