ONEIDA, N.Y. (WSYR-TV) -- An Oneida woman has been charged with welfare fraud.
Samantha Baumeister, 36, of Oneida, allegedly provided false documents about her income to the Madison County Department of Social Services.
Baumeister is said to have received over $6,000 in public assistance benefits she wasn’t eligible to receive from August 2015 to January 2017.
She was arraigned in the Town of Lenox Court and released.
